As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Turkish and English. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Turkish and English

  • Help customers navigate our platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure they have the best possible listening experience
  • Provide exceptional customer support, quickly identifying and resolving customer issues
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer support experience
  • Participate in language assessments in Turkish and English to ensure adequate proficiency
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional/business level proficiency in Turkish and English
  • Experience providing customer support via inbound web messages in the past
  • Ability to work with 3-5 customers at the same time
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Passion for music and a willingness to learn about our platform and services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the music or entertainment industry

  • Familiarity with music streaming platforms and services
