Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Scheduling appointments and following up with members who have requested information
- Working one-on-one with clients to ensure they understand their benefits and what's available to them
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to our clients
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Previous customer service and sales experience (a plus, but not required)

Essential Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with benefits administration software and systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus, but not required)
