Key Responsibilities:

* Handle both incoming and outgoing calls related to arenaflex's client accounts, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation, reflecting all communications with consumers
• Conduct quality control and accuracy checks to ensure that all information is accurate and complete
• Track and record all information, including system documentation and necessary logs
• Perform basic office work as needed, including data entry and administrative tasks
• Adhere to all guidelines, rules, and policies set by arenaflex and our clients

Qualifications:

* Previous call center experience is preferred, but not required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• High integrity and professionalism, with the ability to maintain a customer-centric demeanor in all situations
• Self-motivated and focused, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity in a remote work environment
• Ability to follow all rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures in all situations
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

Working from Home Requirements:

* You must reside within 100 miles of 2805 Clarksville Street, Paris, TX 75426

• Must have the ability to pick up all equipment at the office location as needed and required within appropriate time frames
• Personal Mobile Device
• High-speed internet connection with the ability to connect to your Secured Assist assigned system utilizing a connection/ethernet cable:

+ The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) set the standard for broadband internet at 25 Mbps for download speeds, and 3 Mbps for upload. To be considered "high speed," your download speed should be higher than the 25 Mbps standard, ranging anywhere from 100 to 1,000 Mbps

Salary and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $17.29 per hour
