Job Summary
We're looking for a REMOTE Live Chat specialist who can work independently, think critically, and communicate effectively with customers. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for answering live chats, resolving customer queries, and providing exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Answer live chats from customers, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that you're always equipped with the latest knowledge and expertise
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a shipping or logistics industry, or a related field
- Knowledge of shipping container sales and support, or a willingness to learn
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Compensation and Benefits
As a REMOTE Live Chat specialist at arenaflex, you'll receive a competitive pay and benefits package, including:
- Base salary of $500 per month
- 5% commission on sales, with an average commission of $20-$30 per container sold
- Paid twice per month via Wise or Payoneer
- Contract provided
