Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and Wellness Program participants via phone, email, and chat
  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborating with internal Account Management teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed support
  • Participating in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience with a customer/client focus, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
  • Ability to perform high volumes of detail-oriented work at an efficient pace
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality on sensitive items
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience working with inbound and outbound calls is a plus. If you have a background in customer service, data entry, or a related field, we'd love to hear about it!
