Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, resolving their concerns and providing timely support.
  • Represent arenaflex and our SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring a positive brand image and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
  • Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues, provide feedback, and contribute to process improvements.

What We Expect from You

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential, with good English skills (for internal communication only).
  • Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs) and excellent online communication skills.
  • Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards, and strong conflict resolution skills to handle client dissatisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in SEO or digital marketing, with a solid understanding of SEO principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

Working Hours and Arrangements

This is a fully remote position, requiring a computer, headset, and a stable internet connection. You will be expected to work from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday, with no work on weekends or holidays.
