Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the customer experience is positive, from responding to phone calls and email inquiries to providing administrative support and processing reports. You will also be involved in day-to-day operations, including light accounts receivable and payable tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to callers, answering questions about services and products, and offering basic technical support
  • Process orders and collect customer information over the phone, updating their online accounts as needed
  • Respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide administrative support, including processing Excel files and Google Sheets, generating reports, and performing other tasks as required
  • Conduct outgoing calls to customers who are missing information from their profiles
  • Complete updates to curriculum, including formatting, adding images and audio to slides, and reviewing course content for errors and areas for improvement
  • Perform light accounts receivable and payable tasks, including emailing invoices, approving check orders, and following up on outstanding invoices
  • Be available for occasional Saturday in-person classroom training sessions (approximately once a month) to facilitate training, take attendance, and answer questions
  • Perform additional tasks or projects as identified by the team

Essential Qualifications

  • Reliable strong internet connection
  • Quiet work environment suitable for talking on the phone with customers
  • Functional office setup with a working, up-to-date computer (arenaflex may be able to provide a computer if needed)
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Google Docs
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask, juggling multiple projects with consistent accuracy
  • Reliable, organized, self-starter, motivated, and independent worker
  • Excellent phone and people skills, including listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to prioritize projects and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Residence in Massachusetts (ideal candidate will be available to proctor an in-person classroom training approximately one Saturday per month)
  • Experience working in a remote or independent environment
  • Familiarity with online training platforms and curriculum development
  • Basic technical skills and ability to troubleshoot common issues

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18/hr, plus quarterly performance bonuses totaling up to $1,000.00. Additionally, you will receive extra pay for occasional Saturday in-person classroom training sessions, including travel expenses. We also provide a phone and other necessary equipment to ensure your success in this role.
