Job Overview

In this remote entry-level customer service call center role, you will be responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing information regarding arenaflex's products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely information to members and other individuals regarding arenaflex's products and services, including savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
  • Perform transactions or related functions to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs, providing opportunities for positive member interaction and upselling/cross-selling.
  • Demonstrate active listening and empathy to resolve member complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize multiple systems and adapt to new technologies to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve member issues and improve overall customer experience.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
