  • Assist customers with product recommendations and provide detailed information about our electrolyte products, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and their benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as fulfillment and marketing, to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role in an ecommerce environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, and/or similar customer service tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency.
