Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities, including:
- High school Diploma or equivalent, with previous customer service billing experience being a significant advantage
- Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, coworkers, and management
- Excellent computer skills, including basic Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with billing practices and techniques
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, with a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation
