As a Customer Service Account Associate at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with customers to resolve their concerns and inquiries, identify opportunities for revenue growth and service enhancement, and develop loyal and profitable relationships. This role is a learning opportunity, where you'll build skills and competencies in areas such as account management, customer education, and relationship building.

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support.

  • Build customer loyalty and value through effective account management, identifying opportunities for additional products, features, and services, and collecting past-due balances.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service using resource documentation for reference and the automated and training tools provided.
  • Meet department productivity and quality standards, consistently exceeding expectations and driving business growth.
  • Approach each customer interaction with a "can-do" mindset, treating each customer with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help.
  • Complete training requirements to learn new skills and processes, grow knowledge of systems, and develop proficiency in company values, organizational requirements, and competencies needed for the Expert role.

Education:

* High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

Work Experience:

* 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously (required)

  • Proficiency in Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred) (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions

Licenses and Certifications:

* At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Hourly Base Pay:
