Position Overview

We're seeking part-time Data Entry Clerks to join our team, responsible for entering, updating, and managing data across various systems. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our data, ensuring that our systems run smoothly, and supporting our team members in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering and updating data in our systems, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Verifying the integrity of data and correcting any discrepancies, maintaining the highest standards of data quality
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures
  • Assisting with data-related tasks as needed, providing support to our team members and ensuring seamless operations
  • Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations, providing clear and concise information and updates

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills
  • Previous data entry experience is a plus, but not required – we're looking for individuals with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • The ability to work independently, managing your time effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
