Responsibilities

As a Lockbox Processor at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Extracting remittances based on standard operating procedures and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Processing and/or reconciling transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintaining high productivity and quality levels.
• Ensuring the availability of necessary materials, documentation, and capacity to complete transactions efficiently.
• Confirming equipment is operational and providing feedback on workflow and work received to improve processes.
• Reviewing transactions and related documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.

Requirements

To succeed as a Lockbox Processor at arenaflex, you'll need:

• No degree required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• The ability to perform repetitive functions and meet deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
• A detail-oriented approach with strong accuracy and attention to detail skills, ensuring high-quality work and minimizing errors.
• Basic ten-key skills and some machine operation may be required, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

• Previous experience in data entry, scanning, or a related field.
