Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service / Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support through live chat. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in enhancing their overall experience with our company.

Responsibilities

You must be able to navigate these systems effectively and use them to deliver exceptional customer service and support. - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for this role. You must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace that is free from distractions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or live chat environment. - Knowledge of CRM systems and live chat platforms. - Experience working with diverse customer populations, including customers with disabilities. - Certification in customer service or a related field.
