Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative / Contact Center Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Telephone Support:

Provide professional, caring, and responsive telephone support to customers, ensuring their questions are answered completely and issues are resolved promptly. Log all contacts, including information and resolution achieved, in the appropriate ticketing system.

E-mail & Chat Support:

Respond to and complete all assigned messages or contacts, addressing customer questions and issues in a timely and effective manner. Properly enter customer information and resolution in the ticketing system.

Skill Improvement:

Continuously strive to enhance your cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Stay up-to-date with support resources provided by the contact center and its clients.

Communication:

Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your immediate supervisor or department manager. Share trends, issues, and solutions with supervisors and management.

Support Coworkers:

Offer procedural advice and assistance to other representatives, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Client Relationships:

Maintain positive working relationships with support clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Departmental Productivity:

Meet departmental productivity standards while maintaining accuracy in the ticketing system.
