What You'll Do – Essential Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting with customers online and over the phone to answer their questions, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments, all while providing exceptional support and care.
• Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to best assist the customer, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and efficient.
• Completing administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating information in our arenaflex systems, all while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws, to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 month of related experience.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, where adaptability and flexibility are key.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively listen and respond to customers via phone or in writing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills, with the ability to navigate our arenaflex systems with ease.
• Flexible work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to work a variety of shifts.

• A willingness to live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location.
