Job Summary

As a Remote Live Chat Agent/Support Specialist/Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing real-time customer support through online chat platforms, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll serve as a primary point of contact for customers, helping them with product or service-related questions, account issues, and technical difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
