Job Description

As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing Service to Patients: Respond to patient inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Excellent Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
  • ETM Software Operation: Learn and understand the operation of our ETM software, utilizing it to manage patient information and resolve issues.
  • Billing and Account Operations: Familiarize yourself with billing and account operations, including researching and resolving problems with patient bills.
  • Documenting Inquiries: Accurately document all telephone inquiries, ensuring that patient information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Research and Resolution: Research and resolve problems with patient bills, updating insurance coverage as needed.
  • Printing and Rebilling: Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information.
  • Financial Agreements: Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
  • Microsoft Windows Environment: Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment is essential, with the ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
