About Our Remote Work-From-Home Team

Our arenaflex work-from-home team is spread across 40 preferred residency states in the USA. Please note that we're currently not hiring from AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States. Residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. will be considered only based on special business need. What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers. Your day will be filled with answering incoming communications, conducting research to provide answers, and consulting on products with compassion. You'll be the go-to person for customers seeking help, and your goal will be to provide peace of mind and exceptional service.

A Typical Day in the Life

  • Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries
  • Consult on products and services with empathy and understanding
  • Resolve customer issues with a smile, ensuring a positive experience

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Recognized product or service knowledge, with the ability to apply and explain it
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (>15 mbps)
