Remote Corporate Events Project Manager

This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service through effective project management of corporate events. You will oversee all aspects of internal and client-facing events, ensuring a seamless experience from initial briefing to post-event analysis. This position requires a strategic mindset and excellent organization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Accountabilities

• Full life cycle planning and execution of key events in virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.
• Financial management, including budget development and reconciliation.
• Sourcing and managing contracts for venues and suppliers.
• Coordinating all logistics including transportation, accommodations, and AV needs.
• Working with internal teams to ensure event deliverables meet standards.
• Planning and executing virtual events, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Collaborating with colleagues and clients on larger programs.
• Ensuring adherence to client operational standards and compliance guidelines.
• Traveling for on-site event management and inspections.
• Conducting post-event analysis and preparing reports for ongoing improvements.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of event management experience, particularly in corporate environments.
• Experience with managing senior clients and high-stakes events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
• Experience with virtual event platforms like Webex and Zoom.
• Leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
• Adaptable to different client needs and changing demands.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and event management.
