Job Summary
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics and operations team through audits and process improvement activities. Your primary focus will be on auditing operations teams and system outputs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process and system enhancements to drive operational excellence. You will also be responsible for tracking and maintaining quality metrics, interacting with cross-functional teams, and driving operational and system improvements. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, including business, automation, and technology teams, to help drive process and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit operations teams and system outputs to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process and system improvements to drive operational excellence
- Track and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes
- Interact with cross-functional teams, including business, automation, and technology teams, to drive operational and system improvements
- Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process and system enhancements
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role or in a process improvement environment
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
