Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Customer Support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities

* Support the execution of less experienced Customer Service Representatives, new or upgraded services, and procedural changes, and the general effectiveness of the team

  • Provide input and present plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a general customer support impact
  • Perform complex customer service tasks
  • Provide subject matter expertise and translation of procedures to less experienced Customer Service Representatives and provide guidance to meet defined efficiency and performance objectives
  • Collaborate with the team and communicate with various departments
  • Suggest areas requiring improvement
  • Connect with internal and external customers
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to customers
  • Utilize various systems to research and resolve issues with customer addresses on statements

Required Capabilities

* 4+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Successful organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft Access skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information

Preferred Capabilities

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
