Job Summary

As a Seasonal Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat interactions. You will handle customer requests, resolve issues, and create memorable experiences for families worldwide. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat interactions

  • Handle customer requests, resolve issues, and create memorable experiences for families worldwide
  • Collect required customer information to complete product orders to company standards
  • Place, edit, or cancel orders as requested by the customer
  • Collect payment information and enter into the system
  • Process returns and replacements on orders for both wholesale and retail customers
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Make outbound calls to existing accounts and prospects
  • Contact FedEx or other logistic companies to track or handle customer service issues
  • Protect company assets through proper management of asset files and adherence to company policy with regard to information security and management

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to successfully balance multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Reading and writing in English required; Spanish preferred
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Suites, SharePoint, Excel, and NAV preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of logistics and shipping procedures
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Work Environment

* Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature, and the like

  • Position requires sitting for extended periods of time, standing, visual acumen, and manual dexterity for working with computer keyboards
  • Position may require additional hours as workload dictates
  • Position requires presence in the office for one week of training
