Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Working independently to resolve customer issues and concerns, following instructions precisely and adhering to our company's policies and procedures

Contract Length and Rate

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with internet connectivity and the ability to use social media and website chat functions
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
  • Availability to work 10+ hours per week during overnight hours (typically between 10 PM and 6 AM)
  • Reliable internet connectivity is essential, with a minimum upload and download speed of 10 Mbps
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their problems
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously

* Flexible scheduling, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, tailored to fit your schedule and availability

  • Fully remote, open to candidates across the globe with a preference for those based in the United States due to the timing of overnight hours

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, customer service, or business) preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional support and service

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
