Job Summary

As a Disability Access Service Video Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to individuals with disabilities, assisting them in registering for services, and supporting their digital experience with various applications. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values, and ensuring that every guest interaction is positive, engaging, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional guest service to individuals with disabilities, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist guests in registering for Disability Access Services, ensuring that they have a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Support guests with their digital experience, troubleshooting issues and providing technical assistance as needed
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that guests receive comprehensive support and assistance
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest Disney products and services
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple conversations and resolving complex issues with ease

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer service or contact center environment, with a strong focus on sales and service

  • Proficiency in technical skills, including Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with other teams to ensure guest satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with guests with disabilities, with a strong understanding of their needs and preferences

  • Knowledge of Disney property, products, and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Experience with video chat platforms and applications, with a strong focus on technical skills
