As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients book and manage their travel itineraries, resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, and working collaboratively with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing information about our travel services and products, including customized travel packages and itineraries
- Helping customers book and manage their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and activities
- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, using problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide seamless support
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Comfort and proficiency using computers and software applications, including CRM systems and travel industry software
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required; we're happy to train the right candidate
