The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our team, working from home and utilizing the Arise Platform. This exciting opportunity allows you to choose from available hours and work as much or as little as you like, all from the safety and comfort of your own home. Many of our small business partners and agents using the Arise Platform have a background in healthcare or health services, but we welcome applicants from all industries who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing the Arise Platform to access and manage customer interactions, including phone, email, and chat support
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions
  • Collaborating with our internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet our clients' needs
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry best practices
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Support Representative, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or health services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
