As a flexible 1099 contractor customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing technology to access client information, resolve issues, and provide solutions
- Working independently to manage your schedule and prioritize tasks
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and client expectations

- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity

- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app

Contractual Relationship:
As a flexible 1099 contractor, you'll be considered an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.Why Join arenaflex?
