Role Summary

As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat to address inquiries, provide information about products and services, and assist with order processing. You will also be responsible for determining customer issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing accurate solutions swiftly. Additionally, you will gain a strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services, stay informed about updates, new features, and best practices, and document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.

Main Responsibilities

* Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries, provide information about products and services, and assist with order processing

  • Determine customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate solutions swiftly
