Your Role
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling Incoming Calls: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing effective resolutions and empathetic support.
- Research and Resolution: Research and provide accurate information to resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience.

Job Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you'll need:
- Age: Be at least 18 years old.
- Education: Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Work Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, with a minimum of 1 year at a single job.
- Attendance: Demonstrate reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days of employment.
- Typing Speed: Have a typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
- Internet Connection: Have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
- Work Area: Have a secure, private work area at home.
- Availability: Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
