Join Our Member Success Team
As a Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our users navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you'll become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first point of contact for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with users via email, live chat, and text within our Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Review and submit applications for federal loan programs
- Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs
- Proactively suggest ideas and automations that can help scale the team
- Collaborate with the Member Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals in line with our social mission
Reporting Structure:
This position will report directly to the Director of Member Success, who will provide guidance and support to ensure your success in this role.
Recommended Experience:
* At least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in start-ups, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support
- Spanish language reading and writing proficiency is preferred, as you may need to provide written support in Spanish in addition to English
