Job Overview
As a Part-Time Customer Care/Sales Agent, you'll play a vital role in helping customers discover the products they need to alleviate their allergy, asthma, and mold-related issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting face-to-face product presentations for new and existing customers
- Responding to customer service inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Processing sales orders and providing exceptional customer service
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase arenaflex's innovative solutions
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have:
- Customer Service/Sales/Marketing experience (preferred, but not required)
- A professional presence at all times
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services
Requirements:
* Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or the equivalent (GED) is required
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!
