Job Summary
As a Teller and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting our financial products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering general questions and resolving customer concerns
- Cross-sell arenaflex's financial products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investment products
- Provide account services to customers, including account openings, closings, and maintenance
- Balance cash drawers and ATMs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Scan teller transactions in preparation for electronic submission, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
* Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and resolving customer concerns
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to use and learn computer-based systems, including arenaflex's proprietary software and technology
- Attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the job
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
