The Role

As a Specialty Pharmacy SaaS, Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of strategic specialty pharmacy customers. Your primary focus will be on helping our customers maximize the value of our proprietary clinical therapy management software for their patients, through a proactive and collaborative approach. You will work closely with pharmacy directors and management to identify key software features that can improve their workflow and patient interactions, and provide guidance on best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Account management and customer relationship for specialty pharmacy customers

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client's operational efficiency and provide guidance on best practices
  • Assist in identifying key software features that may improve workflow and patient interactions
  • Identify customers who may be at risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmacy directors and management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Science, or related clinical discipline

  • Experience with patient therapy management within a specialty pharmacy
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of driving success and aligning complex customer solutions at the executive and department levels
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language
  • Strong collaboration skills; able to work effectively with other functional areas
  • Working knowledge of data analytics/reporting needs of a specialty pharmacy (pharma/payor reporting)
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as needed
