Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of our airline, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and resolves the customer's issue efficiently. Key Responsibilities

* Provide customer support regarding flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to landing.

  • Address customer queries concerning baggage policies, seating arrangements, and loyalty programs, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Assist with emergency response communications if necessary, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Handle high volumes of customer calls and messages with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing CRM systems to document customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline customer service processes, ensuring a cohesive and efficient experience for our customers.

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection and dedicated workspace, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the team.

Team Structure and Collaboration

* Report to the Remote Customer Service Team Leader, who will provide guidance, support, and feedback to ensure your success.

  • Engage in daily briefings and debriefings over virtual platforms, staying informed about company updates, promotions, and initiatives.
  • Use company-provided technology tools to maintain communication and manage tasks, ensuring seamless collaboration with the team.
