Key Responsibilities
* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy.
- Navigate complex data systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, to retrieve and update information as needed.
- Utilize data entry and typing skills to accurately and efficiently capture and record customer interactions and data.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring that all customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's evolving needs.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment.
- Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
- Data entry and/or typing experience, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or communications.
- 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment.
- 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
