Job Summary

As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include researching and responding to written inquiries, navigating complex data systems, and providing exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Navigate complex data systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, to retrieve and update information as needed.
  • Utilize data entry and typing skills to accurately and efficiently capture and record customer interactions and data.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring that all customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's evolving needs.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment.

  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
  • Data entry and/or typing experience, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or communications.

  • 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment.
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
