As a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative Advocate at arenaflex, you will work Monday through Friday, with flexible 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm EST. You will undergo an intensive 5-week orientation program, designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and support you need to excel in your role. Our comprehensive training program will cover all aspects of healthcare support, including medical terminology, benefit plans, and navigation of our web-based systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to 50-70 individuals every day, responding to their queries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner
• Navigate the world of PCPs, meds, appointments, and benefits with ease and precision, using your knowledge and skills to resolve issues and provide support
• Utilize your active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive
