Job Overview

In this remote opportunity, you will be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, summarize interactions based on customer needs, and narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably and providing exceptional customer service
  • Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services via online chat, ensuring that customers have the information they need to make informed decisions
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, driving revenue growth and lead generation for our clients
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our clients have the insights they need to succeed
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable feedback and insights that inform our clients' business strategies

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong ability to multitask, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a positive and professional demeanor. Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary, and basic internet and window-based computer skills are required. You must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred but not necessary

  • Must reside in one of the designated states
