What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Center Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supervising and directing the activities of Customer Service Representatives, including phone and email support, inventory management, credit, and dispatch of delivery and service
  • Handling customer service issues and ensuring that customer service is performed to the highest standard
  • Reviewing and managing key metrics for calls, customer care, delivery efficiency, and net promoter scores
  • Training and developing competent Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Dispatchers
  • Providing support to multiple remote delivery centers across the US
  • Ensuring prompt responses and resolutions to complex customer billing or service issues by coordinating with sales, delivery managers, and corporate staff

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Five years or more of job-related experience, preferably in a related customer service environment
  • Proven track record of management success
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and develop teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical ability to review and understand business reports
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
