Job Summary

We're seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Live Chat Agents. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work under 4 hours a day, and is exclusive to residents of the state of Georgia. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through our live chat platform, resolving issues, and answering questions related to reservations, flight changes, and other travel-related concerns.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat, ensuring that passengers receive accurate and helpful information.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reservations, flight changes, and other travel-related concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department as necessary.
  • Provide information about arenaflex services, policies, and procedures, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, using this data to improve our customer support processes and services.
  • Meet performance metrics and targets set by the company, consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Stay updated with the latest changes and updates in airline industry standards, ensuring that our customer support team is always equipped to handle the latest developments.

Requirements

* Must be a resident of Georgia.

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey information to customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of airline operations and customer service principles, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace, ensuring that you can focus on providing top-notch support to our customers.
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and basic computer applications, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Educational Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience
