Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving product and service issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, creating a connection and developing rapport with customers to provide outstanding, personalized service.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team for timely resolution, ensuring customers are quickly connected to the right teammate with the expertise to meet their needs.
  • Maintaining abreast and informed of changes in arenaflex's products, services, and procedures, adhering to company policies and procedures, code of ethics, and all Federal, State, and local laws.
  • Building, developing, and maintaining partnerships with teammates and specialists to maximize effectiveness and serve customers.
  • Maintaining operational integrity, ensuring the delivery of customer responses in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:

  • Mobile Device support, troubleshooting login issues and/or technical issues.
  • Promotes professional and customer-friendly delivery of service to internal and external customers.
  • Creates a connection and develops rapport with customers to provide outstanding, personalized service.
  • Ensures customers/clients are quickly connected to the appropriate teammate with the expertise to meet their needs.
  • Follows established policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect both the customers and the company.
  • Assists customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution in a professional and composed manner, and escalates to the appropriate party.
  • Builds, develops, and maintains partnerships with teammates and specialists to maximize effectiveness and serve customers.
  • Maintains abreast and informed of changes in the company's products, services, and procedures.
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures, code of ethics, and all Federal, State, and local laws.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Work Experience: Experience in mobile device support, financial services, retail sales, or a goal-oriented environment, 0+ years.

Working Conditions:

Frequent minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range for this position is $29,250.00 USD - $47,000.00 USD per year, representing the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure, and certifications and location.

Phoenix, AZ, REMOTE - Arizona
