The RES PMO Task Director Role

As a RES PMO Task Director, you'll be responsible for leading the project management of high-priority initiatives across the RES division. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business-critical projects, develop and implement project plans, and ensure timely execution and delivery. Your expertise will be essential in driving the development of our association's culture, fostering effective communication, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the project management of high-priority initiatives across the RES division, including organizing tasks from project inception to execution and conclusion

• Develop and maintain project artifacts, including project plans, contracts, hazard and issue logs, and dashboards
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity and priority, across different teams and stakeholders
• Drive the development of our association's culture, ensuring areas of strength for an in to partners across the wider project
• Foster communication methodologies and implement cycles, exercises, and projects that result in ideal dissemination of information and communication consistency, increasing awareness of project expectations, change management, and impact
• Support the development of business cases, prioritization, and divisional portfolio management
• Maintain and establish powerful connections and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional arenaflex teams
• Support the growing plan and development of the RES PMO capability and the development of a Center of Excellence for vital portfolio management

* Exceptional organizing, coordination, and innovative problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated capacity and a proven history of outcome in overseeing and delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity
• Unparalleled communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work across the organization, and the ability to build and effectively manage relationships with partners and senior leadership
• Ability to lead and work independently and within a team
• Capability in written and oral communications, and ability to produce concise reports for executive presentations
• Should perform acceptably in their current position
• Models arenaflex's Standards of the Street, guiding principle, and safety-conscious behaviors
• Where allowed by relevant regulation, you have received or will receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based work, while possibly not already employed by arenaflex, Inc.
• Regularly focuses on safety and security of self, others, and personal information
• Embraces diverse individuals, thinking, and styles
• Has a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Is at least 18 years old and has approval to work in the US

What Will Give You an Edge

* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or experience managing projects according to Project Management Institute (PMI) principles

• Experience with PowerApps, Sharepoint, and project management software is highly desired
