Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Wealth Management Conversion Initiatives

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing incoming, outgoing, and internal retirement account transfers with accuracy and efficiency
  • Providing value-add recommendations to increase operational efficiencies and improve client satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal partners to deliver timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues
  • Promoting client retention and identifying opportunities to build existing relationships through timely and accurate transfer processing and service quality
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Key Skills and Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, financial services, or a related field

  • Excellent operational, organizational, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage and process complex operational work
  • Strong customer contact skills, with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong time management and data processing skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience working with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and Independent Record-Keepers or Advisors is a plus

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree not required

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, financial services, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal partners and clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a wealth management or financial services environment

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies related to data entry and record-keeping
  • Certification in data entry or a related field is a plus
