Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving solutions within the HR and Finance Workday team. You will work closely with the Delivery Team, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of the business domain and the system's functionalities. Your expertise will impact our daily operations, including data migration processes, and you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful achievement of our targets. As a Technology Analyst, you will be expected to apply your knowledge and skills in analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply information and skills of analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems
  • Collaborate with other Technology Colleagues to provide advice or solutions within their area of expertise
  • Stay up-to-date with current developments within their area of expertise
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Estimate effort and value for solutions
  • Apply business solutions with broad-level knowledge of technology platforms/architectures
  • Verify information and carefully review and validate the accuracy of own work using reliance ID processes in technology work
  • Establish or follow prioritization process to drive work, completing work with a sense of urgency to keep moving
  • Express ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of detail and abstraction
  • Monitor program risks, issues, and scope proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and escalation
  • May perform other work duties as directed by Supervisor's Managers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a strong foundation in business analysis, process modeling, and technical conditions. You should be skilled in collaborating, communicating, and negotiating with different teams and external partners. Additionally, you should have the ability to analyze medium to large business or technical problems, articulate the problem or root cause, and translate the analysis into practical solution proposals.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, it is preferred that you have experience with software development approaches, technical conditions, and business analysis. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have the ability to navigate, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical specifications. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams/tasks are also desirable.
