About the Role

As a Customer Experience Partner Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our help desk operations meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will work closely with our help partner teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive business results. Your expertise will be essential in driving quality improvements, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement quality monitoring projects that drive measurable improvements in performance metrics, such as First Contact Resolution (FCR) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

  • Collaborate with training and content teams to ensure consistency with new releases, processes, and procedures
  • Maintain quality performance across multiple locations within aligned objectives
  • Conduct business audits with help partner teams to identify areas for improvement
  • Identify, suggest, and implement process and project enhancements to drive business growth
  • Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for arenaflex to improve its business by understanding customer needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including help partner teams and senior leadership

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or four years of work experience in a related field

  • Proven track record of driving quality improvements and process efficiency across multiple help desk operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience refining large datasets to drive insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong ownership mindset, with a focus on quality, yield, and continuous improvement
