Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our part-time team. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing positive customer service, technical expertise, and empathy to customers during the claim process. You'll work remotely from your home office, choosing from a variety of shifts to suit your schedule. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs
  • Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process
  • Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions
  • Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
  • Maintaining punctuality and reliability, with availability for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations
  • Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage

Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Language skills: ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, write routine correspondence, and provide feedback verbally and in writing in a positive, professional manner
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
  • Computer skills: knowledge of basic computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to type at least 40wpm
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred

Network Requirements

To ensure a seamless and secure remote work experience, you'll need:

  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps (tested using www.speedtest.net)
  • An Ethernet connection is not required, but strongly recommended
  • A private network, not a public location
  • No VPNs allowed, as logins must happen in the US
