Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: You'll engage with customers, assist with product inquiries, and ensure efficient checkout service while adhering to company policies and operational procedures.
  • Providing Courteous Checkout Service: You'll register sales on assigned cash registers and provide fast and efficient service to customers.
  • Engaging Customers: You'll greet customers, offer assistance with products and services, and resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Sharing Customer Service Best Practices: You'll share your knowledge and expertise with team members to ensure that everyone is equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintaining Store Appearance and Cleanliness: You'll ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, and that all promotional displays and merchandise are constructed and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Assisting with Food Item Separation and Stock Rotation: You'll assist with separating and rotating food items to ensure that they are fresh and easily accessible to customers.
  • Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area: You'll provide customer service in the photo area, including digital services, and ensure that customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Monitoring and Filling Web Pick-up Orders: You'll monitor and fill web pick-up orders for customers, ensuring that they receive their orders quickly and efficiently.
  • Completing Special Assignments and Tasks: You'll complete special assignments and tasks as assigned by management, including asset protection procedures and compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Fluency in Reading, Writing, and Speaking English: You'll need to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexible Scheduling: You'll need to be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Six Months of Experience in a Retail Environment: You'll have a minimum of six months of experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Prior Work Experience with arenaflex: You'll have prior work experience with arenaflex, with a deep understanding of our company culture and values.
