Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our passengers. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
