Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative - Chat, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their queries.
  • Providing detailed and accurate information about our products and services, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, contributing to the growth of our business.
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our clients are well-informed and equipped to follow up with leads.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is highly preferred.
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems.

To ensure your success in this role, you will be required to:

  • Attend 4 weeks of comprehensive training, held Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST.
  • Commit to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
