Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner, ensuring that all queries are addressed and resolved efficiently.
  • Utilize data entry skills to accurately and efficiently process information, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex queries and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, providing exceptional customer service and support through clear and concise verbal and written communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination, leveraging Microsoft Suite and other software applications to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment.
  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support.
  • Data entry and/or typing experience, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to navigate and utilize software applications efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, with a strong foundation in healthcare, health insurance, or a related field.
  • 5 years of provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
